Description
Join us at the Indianapolis Propylaeum, to highlight Indiana authors and provide a social evening for attendees. The author for our inaugural event will be Angie Klink, “The Deans’ Bible: Five Purdue Women and Their Quest For Equality”. Klink's publication discusses how these women nurtured students on the Purdue campus as they "opened new avenues for women and became conduits for change, fostering opportunities for all people".
The First Edition of will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Tickets for the event are $20.
Included in the ticket price will be a glass of wine, appetizers, and petite sweets. Doors open at 6:30pm with the author presentation beginning at 7:30pm. An opportunity for author questions, book signings, and mingling will follow the presentation.
Presales of the book will be available for a discounted price of $25. Angie's other works“Kirby’s Way” and“Divided Paths, Common Ground”will be available alongside her children's books “Purdue Pete Finds His Hammer”, Purdue University Lift-the-Flap book and “I Found U”, Indiana University Lift-the-Flap book.
