Event Details

Party suites are an important part of any convention – they offer a place to relax, socialize, and get to know other presenters and guests on a more personal, unstructured level. They can be an oasis of calm, to have a cup of tea and a snack before diving back in to the con, or they can offer a raging party and lots of excitement. Quirky themes, amazing decorations, and wonderful people give them each their own unique character. They also provide a GREAT way to spread the vibe and values of your organization to hundreds of people over the course of a fun weekend.

We charge $130 per night for a party suite, which is a $20 discount over the hotel's regular nightly rate for a two room suite. In addition, after the convention, if the party suite organizers have followed all rules and thrown a truly fabulous and fun party, we will refund another $30 per night.  So hold a great party and meet some awesome people for only $100 per night!!

Bed removal is available for $100, and tables or chairs can be brought to your suite for $15.

Your suite must be cleaned up and vacated by noon on Sunday, unless you purchase an additional night.  We will offer Sunday night at the discounted Paganicon rate of $130, but there is no additional after-con rebate for Sunday.

The full list of party suite expectations are available on our website, but here are some of the basics:

  • Organizers must be registered attendees of Paganicon
  • Party suites must be open to all Paganicon attendees for a minimum of 12 hours over the course of the weekend
  • Both rooms in the suite must be open when the party suite is open; it can be used as sleeping accomodations but only during closed hours
  • If alcohol is served, party suite organizers are responsible for ensuring no one underage is served
  • Organizers can accept voluntary donations but cannot require a fee for entrance to the suite or for food/drink

Twin Cities Pagan Pride

The purpose of Twin Cities Pagan Pride is:

To promote religious tolerance for all faiths, especially minority faiths, religions and beliefs;

To educate the general public about minority faiths;

To dispel and debunk myths and stereotypes about minority faiths and individuals who adhere to such beliefs;

To provide a forum for the exploration, comparison, contrast, and growth and expansion of diverse spiritual and religious ideas, theories, practices, traditions and views;

To promote research and knowledge about the history, science, and art of all religions from ancient to modern.

Twin Cities Pagan Pride holds two major events per year:

An outdoor festival in the Fall held in a local park, free of charge and open to all regardless of spiritual path, and

A conference in the Spring held in a hotel, and intended for Pagans to spend a weekend learning and discussing with other Pagans to expand our knowledge of our faith.
