Membership is for January 1st through December 31st, 2017
NOTE: IF YOU JOINED THE GUILD AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2016, YOUR MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN ROLLED OVER TO 2017. NO FURTHER ACTION IS NECESSARY.
If you are ONLY interested in participating in Art in the Park, you no longer have to buy a PAG membership-when ATP tickets are available, there will be a separate registration for NON-MEMBERS. IF THIS INTERESTS YOU, YOU MUST SEND YOUR EMAIL INFORMATION TO email@example.com and let Barbara Cohen know since you will not be a part of the PAG email list.
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN WORKSHOPS, SHOWS, AND VENUES, YOU MUST HAVE JOINED THE GUILD FOR 2017.

You will be asked during check out what activity you wish to spend your mandatory volunteer hours on. Here is some information about the different tasks. Please note, you are still required to check in with the person responsible for the activity selected!
Youth art classes – be a teacher or helper in our youth art programs. The classes will be held once a month on a Saturday at Hobby Lobby in Parker.
Art in the Park – Our annual tent show takes place in August and we need folks to help us set up or take down tents, help with the vendor check in or volunteer when the information comes out.
Holiday Party - Our annual year end party will need someone to organize the event along with help for set up, clean up, entertainment and refreshments.
Wine Walk helper – Parker Wine Walk is done the last Friday of the month between May and October. PAG members are painting the wine glasses from Wine Walk participants during those Wine Walks.
Show and event installation – PAG has multiple shows in different local venues throughout the year. You would be one of the helpers to hang the accepted artwork of our members before the show starts.
Winning Sponsors – You will help in approaching potential sponsors and explain to them our levels of sponsorship and how to sign up. We will have all the info available for you.
Newsletter support – You will help us gathering content for newsletters that we can send out to art enthusiasts to inform them about our latest shows and events.
The goals of the Parker Artists Guild are:
*to advance the development of the fine arts as an integral part of community life through art instruction and workshops for members, children and the public at large;
*to cooperate with the public schools in the development of art appreciation and the expansion of art instruction in the schools;
*to provide a forum for the exchange of art ideas and techniques among the professional and amateur artists in the community;
*and to provide scholarships for students seeking college degrees and other post-secondary education and instruction in the fine arts.
WE WELCOME ALL NEW AND RETURNING MEMBERS 18 years of age and older. Younger children are always welcome at meetings as guests with their parent or guardian.
