Description

The Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance is conducting a free workshop in conjunction with the Midwest Energy Solutions Conference to explore the promise and challenges that property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing holds for achieving energy savings in multifamily buildings.

The multifamily sector is considered a hard to reach sector within the energy efficiency industry. This workshop will give participants an understanding of how and when PACE may be an appropriate financing option for multifamily energy efficiency, discuss persistent challenges and offer ideas for making PACE more accessible. Case studies of completed multifamily PACE projects will be showcased.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Andy Holzhauser, PACE Nation

  • Bracken Hendricks, Urban Ingenuity & DC PACE Administrator

  • Andy Levin, Levin Energy Partners & Lean & Green Michigan

  • Jeremy Epstein, Harcourt Brown & Carey

  • Jeremy Kalin, Eutectics

  • Byron DeLear, Energy Equity Funding
