Event description

Description

Join us for a Harvest dinner, community conversation and storytelling workshop:

UNEQUAL EDUCATION IN WILMINGTON: WHAT'S YOUR STORY?

Dinner & childcare with credentialed ECEs will be provided for those that RSVP.

Have you heard about PACE?

Learn more about our citizen leadership development program, focused on raising the level of excellence in education for all Wilmington students through community led advocacy...and start to earn your PACE Mobilizer Credential - the first step towards opportunity for you, while helping to elevate others!

The Parent Advocacy Council for Education (PACE) is cultivating a movement of informed and engaged community members who take action to promote excellence and opportunity for Wilmington students typically denied these necessities to thrive. We do this through peer-to-peer outreach and advocacy at every level of the educational system.

At our workshops, we learn about current issues in education, discuss them and share our experiences with one another in a safe, friendly and creative environment.

Are you ready to contribute your voice to strengthening the educational system for our students?

More sessions immediately follow each Tuesday evening and Saturday morning until October 28.

Contact Tizzy Lockman, 302-652-0101 or selockman@ccacde.org with any questions.
