What is the Lunch Menu?

A lunch buffet with gluten-free and vegetarian choices will be served, exact menu is still being finalized and will be posted here when its complete.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No, no ID needed. Age requirement is 12 years of age and older.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is complimentary at the Monroeville Convention Center.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, but please let us know the name of the new attendee at events@palyme.org.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, through events@palyme.org.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. But don't sweat it if you forget. We will have a list of attendees.

What is the refund policy?

You can ask for a refund up to two weeks prior to the event. The refund cut off date is Saturday, April 20, 2019. After this date, there will be no refunds.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes.

Is there a wait list?

Yes. If we have reached the maximum capacity contact events@palyme.org and we will add your name to the list. After our refund date of 4/20/19 we will contact you if we have any space available.
