Description

PA DEP ESCGP-3 ELECTRONIC PERMIT TRAINING
MAY 8, 2019

4.5 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS AVAILABLE

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) administers the Erosion and Sedimentation Control General Permit (ESCGP) for Earth Disturbance Associated for Oil and Gas Operations. The PA DEP finalized the ESCGP-3 permit in October 2018 and has implemented a new ESCGP-3 electronic permit submission process.

Join oil and gas industry stakeholders to learn about the new ESCGP-3 electronic submission process including user registration and setup, a step-by-step review of the permit application and understand how the PA DEP troubleshoots issues within the electronic system. In addition, representatives from PA DEP will introduce and review updated forms associated with the ESCGP-3 permit. Lastly, industry experts will provide lessons learned using the new electronic system.
