Description

Join our favorite culinary couple, Conor Dennehy, former chef de cuisine at TW Food and current cheesemonger at Formaggio Kitchen and Danielle Ayer, captain at Menton, as they explore two of their (and our!) favorite things - oysters and old world wines. Conor will be preparing a 5 course sampling of various preparations of oysters to show the versatility of this amazing bivalve. He will demonstrate key techniques and trade secrets that will enable you to recreate your own oyster feast at home. Equally important is Danielle who will be expertly pairing our favorite old world wines with each amazing oyster creation. She will examine and explain what makes a wine pairing great and what to look for when selecting your own wine pairings. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from two young talents in the food industry while enjoying some delicious food and wine!
