Hop aboard our workboat, Oys-Tour, and we will take you, and up to five others, for a tasting tour of our farm!
We'll meet in front of the Harbor Master's house at Pine Point in Scarborough and first visit the nursery where you can see the baby oysters feasting away in our floating upweller.
Next stop is the grow-out site, just up the river. You may see many incredible co-residents of our estuary including Bald Eagles, Sturgeon, and adorable Harbor Seals.
Guests can have a hand at harvesting and shucking their own oysters, or let us do it for them. In any case, we will shuck 6 oysters per guest, right out of the water. You will never taste oysters fresher! We provide oysters, lemons, and mignonette sauce; you bring your favorite pairing beverage!
Land-lovers take note: we will always be a stone's throw from shore and all of our drivers are Coast Guard Certified!
