Nothing says summer in New York like a big plate of oysters on the half-shell and a glass of well-chilled wine. Chef Jason Audette and resident wine-geek Michael Fisher will teach you how to make the magic happen at home--from the basics of picking oysters at the store and shucking them (safely!) for your friends to pairing them with a few different kinds of wine. We'll get you set to kick your next summer get-together up to the next level--including a shucking-knife and a safety glove to take home with you--then leave you to enjoy the dozen you shucked yourself and a glass of whichever one of the wines you liked best. And when you're done.... stay for our awesome oyster happy hour!
