The workshop will cover:
- Starting with purpose: the importance of personal purpose as an entrepreneur
- Mission statements, corporate values and purpose as an element of the business plan
- Pitching with purpose: how to make your purpose into a selling point for investors, employees and stakeholders
In this workshop, Eloise Skinner (entrepreneur, author and teacher) will lead you through the concept of purpose (both corporate and individual) and the way it interacts with business strategy. You’ll have an opportunity to work through your own mission statement and corporate values, as well as ask any questions you have about finding purpose!
About the Speaker:
Eloise Skinner
Eloise Skinner is an author, teacher and therapist. She is also the founder of two businesses, The Purpose Workshop and One Typical Day. Eloise’s new book, The Purpose Handbook, is out in October 2021. Eloise completed the Oxford Entrepreneur Venture Creation Programme and Women Transforming Leadership Programme at Oxford University. She also completed her undergraduate studies in law at Cambridge University and is affiliated with Murray Edwards College.
