Owneys is distilled in small batches by hand from all-natural, non-GMO, high test molasses in a rebuilt warehouse in East Williamsburg.
Leading the tasting of this unique spirit will be The Noble Experiment's founder and distiller, Bridget Firtle. The Noble Experiment NYC brings the timeless tradition of distilling back to New York City. The company aims to produce all natural, premium quality distilled spirits distinctive to New York City through the use of locally grown and harvested ingredients.
