Owner vs. Operator is a two-part seminar for Small Business Owners and Upper Management with a focus on increasing the team in order to evolve and grow as a business. Designed for the owner as well as his/her upper management (president, vice president, executive director, general manager, etc.) who is interested in:
1. Growing their business to the next level;
2. Moving forward with confidence and assurance; and
3. Who may desire professional input/guidance in decision-making.

We take a practical, step-by-step approach, and provide ample resources. Sessions are interactive, with exercises designed to help attendees apply their newfound knowledge.
Deliverables:
The price of $119 per person includes breakfast both days and the following deliverables:
- Understand the accountability process and where to focus your resources.
- Understand the importance of each team member: A) Their clearly defined responsibilities; B) Who holds each accountable; C) Are they trustworthy and competent?
- Determine which decisions you can delegate vs. those you should not.
- Identify potential growth areas for your business.
- Analyze the costs associated with strategic decisions: A) Understand complete, accurate financial statements before making major business decisions; B) Identify who to turn to if/when assistance is needed in making those decisions.
- Evaluate the risk/reward matrix for executive level decisions (i.e. physical expansion, hiring, compensation, adding product lines, etc.).
