"Own Thy Shift" Sep - Dec Alumni Group

For the last year, alumni members of the "Own Thy Shift" classes have expressed how they wished there was a way to reconnect with the collective during the hectic fall months when holidays, family obligations, and end-of-year stressors are at an all-time high.

Well, that wish is finally coming true!

Starting in September, all previous OTS attendees are invited to join us for a monthly town-hall style check-in.

Every monthly session - which takes place on the second Thursday from Sep to Dec - will be themed and full of tips and tools as usual.

If you missed the group dynamic, would love to meet attendees from other classes, or just REALLY need a little bit of extra support during the holidays... we got you!!

This offering is a direct result of your feedback. So thank you to everyone who joined our growing family and felt safe enough to give such great feedback.
