FAQs

Why are you charging conference fee?

OWASP and this event is not for profit, but we are charging small fee to cover expenses like venue, coffee breaks, lunch, speakers travel and accomodation. We are doing our best to keep the fee as low as possible.

Are there any discounts for students?

Yes. There is special price for students (50 PLN less). Just choose "Student" ticket at the registration and show us your student's ID at the check-in.

Also we are looking for volunteers to help us (see below) and we can provide free access for them.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Trams/buses stop: Centrum Kongresowe ICE. From train station line 22 or 52

Are you providing any meals during the conference?

Yes. The price includes coffee breaks and a lunch

What about before/after-party?

We are planning to organize meeting at the pub in the evening before and after the conference (still looking for appropiate location). Just let us know that you are interested (there are checkboxes at registration form) and stay tuned. We want to keep conference price as low as possible so you have to pay for your drinks/snacks by yourselve ;)

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

How can I help?

Spread the word about the conference to your friends, contacts, facebook, twitter, linkedin, ...

We need 3-4 volunteers who will help us with registration, conference rooms, etc. Volunteers will have free access to the conference.
