Event description

Description

People who live with patterns of chronic illness become so accustomed to the way they feel that they pay little attention to smaller but often characteristic symptoms which are important in finding the similar, curative remedy. They seldom understand that their smaller problems of health have any relationship to their chief complaint. Samuel Hahnemann, father of Homeopathy, wrote about this in the 1800s.

Chief complaint symptoms and side symptoms are 'stand-alone' important, and their relationships to each other need to be understood to find the remedy which deeply cures. This talk will be of great help to those who have used mostly Kent’s Repertory, based on single symptoms.

It will also be elucidating and educational to those who seek to understand their own and other people's 'symptom-relationships,' allowing them to be more informative when giving their case to a homeopath or more informed when receiving someone’s case.

It is interesting to see how this relational understanding is analogical to what we know to be necessary for the healing of our planet Earth, its communities of people who live along side other living entities.

The ecologies of our Earth are interdependent and each one is significant by itself, as well, making a united and hopefully harmonic whole. This is also true of each individual’s mind – body.
