Event description

Description

The diagnosis of anxiety, depression, ADHD and other brain-based conditions are all on the rise, and with it, the number of prescription medications in use. Brain fog is a common complaint and often accompanies other chronic disease conditions. While the root cause of these conditions is rarely considered, an understanding of it can help you to implement powerful strategies to regain health and vitality.

This event is an incredible 90 minute session for those challenged with anxiety, depression, ADHD and other brain and neurological based disorders. We will be covering topics such as:

1. The Gut-Brain Axis: How digestion and intestinal health affects brain health.

2. Critical nutrients and dietary strategies to improve brain health.

3. How genetics can harm your ability to eliminate inflammation and regulate brain neurotransmitters, and how genetic assessment can help.

4. The role of inflammation in brain health.

5. How to assess and uncover sources of inflammation that may be impacting your brain.

6. How stress impacts mental health.

Cost is FREE to the public, seating is limited.

Information will be presented by:

Glenn Gruby, L.Ac., Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine and Functional Medicine practitioner.
