Many of us are experiencing greater levels of anxiety today and at one point or another no matter what we do to protect ourselves we find ourselves blind-sided by the unexpected. Things just happens out of our control.

How do you handle that?          What do you do?

How effective was it ?               What price did you pay for it in non-monetary terms?

As passionate student of human psychology, a mindful practitioner and executive coach for the past 10 years I have helped hundreds of individual through my workshops and coaching look more deeply at what helps and what hinders, and to learn how to relax in the face of anxiety.      

I only teach what I know to be true through my own reflective practice.  I have had my fair share of the « unexpected ».  I would get knocked down and I would get up and keep going.  My mantra was « feel the fear and do it anyway ».  Fear lived side by side, toe-to-toe with my actions and it was exhausting.  With years of personal work I found a better way. 

Today when the unexpected happens, as it inevitably still does, I don’t get undone inside by the fear that accompanies life jolting moments and I don’t make things worse by the stories I tell myself.    I have found pragmatic constructive ways to find peace, clarity and way forward in spite of the chaos and whatever life throws at me. 

 

What is this workshop about ?

This class is about sharing some those insights, frameworks and strategies in a world that is more and more riddled with uncertainty.    

 So I invite to you take a pause from your hectic anxious lives to explore in a safe environment an novel Inside-out approach that helps you build your personal agility and overcome that which keeps you stuck and anxious.
