In this highly interactive workshop, participants will uncover patterns of thinking that can drain their energy, keep them stuck, and undermine their confidence. Attendees will walk away with tools and techniques they can apply immediately to overcome their negative self-talk, so that they can experience greater confidence, peace, and happiness.
The workshop will be broken into four 75-minute sessions:
Week 1: GETTING TO KNOW YOUR INNER CRITIC
The Inner Critic is sneaky and can show up in many different ways. Understanding and identifying the way your Inner Critic appears through people pleasing, comparing, not speaking up, perfectionism, and procrastination is only part of the challenge.
Week 2: HOW YOUR INNER CRITIC IS HOLDING YOU BACK
We will dive deep into the Inner Critic by exploring the ways you might be playing small.
Week 3: TRANSFORMING YOUR INNER CRITIC INTO AN INNER CHEERLEADER
We will soften the voice of the Inner Critic by learning easy steps to challenge its messages.
Week 4: ADDITIONAL TOOLS FOR SUSTAINED PEACE AND HAPPINESS
This last week is when awareness and transformation come together, so you can continue to empower your Inner Cheerleader!
