There will also be panels hosted by Sunset, INC, Civilized and more. Activities schedule to be released in the coming weeks but will include drone-flying workshops, yoga, mountain biking, motorcycle demos, cooking workshops, cocktail-making workshops, and much, much more.
All gourmet meals and open bar included. Just bring a tent, pad, pillow, and bag and we take care of the rest!
“What Outpost is creating, is a place where brands can showcase new products and generate new experiences around them, thus creating new sales & marketing and publicity opportunities."

“The Outpost is a multi-day trade event that melds brands, culture, and the outdoors. It’s an experience that borrows as much from Burning Man as the aisles of REI.”

WHAT TO BRING:
CLOTHING - Please bring a range of clothes for the weekend including some hiking shoes, athletic clothes (for yoga, climbing, etc.), swimsuit for the Navarro River, and warm layers as it can get chilly at night.
TOILETRIES - Don't forget your toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant! We'll have soap provided at all bathrooms and showers.
SNACKS - Meals are provided, but having your favorite snack at the ready or to share with a new friend is always a good idea.
FLASHLIGHT - Or headlamps as you prefer. You will be in the middle of the 280,000 acres of open land, it gets dark out there, and the weekend is a new moon, so there will be NO ambient light outside of what is up for the event and you know you will have to go sneak a peak at the stars at some point.
OPEN MIND AND GOOD ATTITUDE - It's a business retreat yes, but please be ready to learn more about people other than what's on their resumes and talk about things other than the latest web stats, this is all about networking between people not computers.
"Bringing together brands, media, influencers, & enthusiasts – the event feels like a 2-day adult summer camp where connections are forged over the campfire rather than in a trade show booth."
