An Outdoor Bootcamp class that focuses on full body exercises that will help you lose weight, improve endurance, core strength & toning!

About this event

What is a Bootcamp Workout?

Bootcamp is an interval training class that mixes bodyweight exercise with cardio and strength! We work on cardio, strength, bodyweight exercises, lots of core and always new challenging exercises.

This workout class is for ALL levels, beginner, moderate and advance! Everyone is welcome to join our Outdoor Bootcamp Community!

Class Pricing:

1FREE class to start, afterwards is $15 drop in class or ask about our class packages!

Acceptable methods of payment: Venmo & cash.

What to bring:

  • Exercise Mat
  • Water / Electrolytes (if possible)
  • Small Towel
  • Yourself!
