All you have to do is breathe and let go as we guide you through this transformative journey. No prior breathwork experience is necessary, just an open heart and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.
Out of Freeze and into Presence:
In times of global uncertainty—wars, political unrest, and constant news overload—our nervous systems can become overwhelmed, tipping us into a freeze response: numbness, disconnection, or a sense of shutting down.
Drawing from somatic experiencing and polyvagal theory, this breathwork practice gently guides you from immobilization back into safety and presence. Through mindful breath and body awareness, we awaken the pathways of regulation, re-establish inner capacity, and find peace within.
The breath becomes an anchor, reminding us that even amidst external chaos, our bodies hold the wisdom to return to calm, resilience, and connection.
Together, we will breathe, release, and honour the wisdom of the body in its own timing.

Your Breathwork Guides:
We are a close-knit global community of breathwork facilitators who met during our Alchemy of Breath training in Italy, where we forged an unbreakable bond in the heart of Tuscany's serene landscape. Dubbed the 'Creek Buddies' during our time by the water, our connection blossomed into the Kintsugi Tribe—a name that reflects our shared passion for helping others reconnect with their inner strength and wholeness.
Our collective training in medicine, nutrition, yoga, therapy, breathwork, nursing and coaching allow us to create a dynamic yet kind and safe space to feel and grow. It’s our mission to guide you to your inner gold, using the breath as a powerful tool for self-discovery and connection. During this breathwork, we invite you to join us in community as we breathe, reflect, and understand how to navigate resistance.
