
OUT MetroWest's Trivia Night & Silent Auction 2018
Description
Join us for a casual evening of trivia, prizes, and fun as we raise funds for our youth programs. This evening is open to all community supporters, including our youth participants and their families!
All participants will be placed on teams of up to eight people for eight rounds of trivia. We invite you to form your own teams of 8, or we will place you on a team with other community supporters. Even if you believe trivia is “not your thing,” this is not your average trivia challenge! You never know when your knowledge of BBC programming or pop culture may come in handy!
Dinner: We will provide a light dinner of pizza and salad. We invite teams to bring snacks/desserts to share at their tables during the trivia portion of the evening. We will also be selling baked goods for dessert.
Silent Auction: During dinner there will be additional opportunities to support OUT MetroWest’s youth programming by participating in a silent auction. We will post a sampling of silent auction items on social media closer to the event. If you wish to donate an item to the silent auction, please email susan.francis@outmetrowest.org.
Cost: This evening is intended to bring the community together and raise funds for OUT MetroWest’s programs for middle and high school youth. If, however, the cost of the event [$20 per ticket] would prevent your participation, please email julie.blazar@outmetrowest.org. Due to the popularity of this event, all tickets must be purchased in advance—tickets will not be available at the door.
Schedule: Doors open at 5:45 p.m. Dinner, presentation, and silent auction begin at 6:00 p.m. Trivia begins by 6:45 p.m.

If I don't know the names of my teammates now, how do I provide them later?
Please email them by April 2 to julie.blazar@outmetrowest.org.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, if you have provided your name in advance, we will have record of it at the door.
Is parking available?
Yes, we will be located in the school's cafeteria. Park outside the auditorium, and follow the rainbows inside!
Will I need cash at the event?
We will accept cash, checks, or credit card for auction items, but we suggest bringing cash for our 50/50 raffle!
