Event description

This is a crash course version of our Crisis Line Advocate Training. This training is specifically for anyone interested in volunteering on the Our VOICE crisis line (please review the requirements before committing to the training). In this training, volunteers will learn about Our VOICE services, how to support survivors of sexual violence over the phone and in the hospital, and a variety of other information and tools! At the end, you will then be ready to volunteer on the crisis line directly supporting survivors of sexual violence.

This is a 21-hour training with short homework assignments between sessions. To complete the training, you must attend all 4 days of training, unless previously cleared by the volunteer coordinator.
