Who are we? The National Alliance of Melanin Disabled Advocates (NAMD Advocates) creates spaces for leaders of color and allies to gather, learn, connect and grow around racial and disability justice.

The Leadership Summit: ‘Our Presence is Our Power’ is a one-day conference made for leaders of color who are committed to creating space for the routinely underserved. We’re connecting community members and allies with a shared vision to activate the dialogue on racial and disability justice. At this year’s summit, we’re celebrating our solidarity and sharing knowledge to empower our people to thrive. Come meet like-minded individuals and exchange ideas on issues at the forefront of accessibility, culture, and social impact.
