Event description

Eat Plants! And preserve your gastronomic freedoms in the face if the dangerous SAD (standard American diet). But this is not a lecture - it's a celebration of our Superpowers.

We will start each plants-party with whole-food, gluten-free, low sugar brownies and a cup of chilled milk - all from plants.

Then we jump into a new world where countless people have lowered their need for meds while curbing Diabetes, pre-diabetes, Cardiac Disease, obesity, and even the growth of cancer cells.

Sound fantastical? Happens all the time, and there's tons of legit supporting data when we look at our Whole metabolism system, versus simplistically trying to isolate one cause-effect.

In this tasty, interactive group, we will delve into our Superpowers and the miraculous way the body absorbs exactly what it needs from real plant foods and keeps us well tuned, without cholesterol, many fats, or other clogs.

While we're talking, I will make a Reuben sandwich from plants that I would happily put up next to delis from my pudgy adolescence.

We will end the party with some cashew cheese and crackers, a sample of the delicious plant-based Reuben sandwich you just saw, and the rest of those brownies if you're not stuffed enough.

And talk about the new opening doors and sneaking new habits onto your and your family's plates.

(p.s. The workshop may be filmed as we spread the joy into different cultures, including Asian-Indian, Soul-African, and Latino. The latter will be in April 2017 - picture is R & D - yum).
