OULA POWER is a fun workout choreographed to popular Top 40's music that features moves from HIIT formats, pilates, yoga and dance conditioning classes. With OULA, it's not how it looks, it's how it feels. Modifications will be given for all levels and abilities. Please bring a towel. Mats and water will be provided. Meets 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.
