Yes. Born Ready is not about doing birth a “right” way. Understanding the physiology of birth helps you feel more at home in your body no matter what tools you choose. You’ll learn how things work so you can make grounded decisions with your care team — in a hospital, birth center, or at home.

I’m already in my third trimester. Is it too late?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many people join in their third trimester and find that having a simple, clear map of the process helps them feel more prepared and peaceful in the final weeks. If you’re earlier in pregnancy, you’ll have more time to integrate and revisit the material, but it’s helpful at any stage.

Can my partner or support person attend with me?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We recommend brining a support person — this can be a partner, friend, family member, or doula.
