OTA will host a full-day IoT Trust Summit including discussions and expert knowledge sharing addressing the critical issues of IoT safety in our increasingly connected world. Attendees will be able to apply learnings from this program to help develop and bring to market products which will be able to meet and exceed the standards and principles of the IoT Trust Framework.
OTA will present the IoT Trust Framework that includes input from the multi-stakeholder working group, and public comments from industry and governmental initiatives developed over the past eight months. The OTA IoT Trust Framework uniquely addresses the three pillars of trust including Security, Privacy and Sustainability, the lifecycle issues of devices, applications and cloud services.
During the Summit, OTA will provide a drill down of the Framework and principles with guest speakers offering practical perspective from a business and consumer point of view. Discussion will review next steps to implement the IoT Trust Framework including a review of code of conduct and certification programs.
