This will be a CBE Outreach Session to learn about the scopes of work on the Orr Elementary School Project in Southeast Washington, DC. This project has Economic Inclusion Goals: 50% CBE; 35% Small & Local; and 20% Disadvantaged business utilization; Residency Hiring Requirements; and Apprenticeships to include 20% journeymen; 60% apprentice; 51% skilled labor; and 70% common laborer hours by trade shall be performed by District residents.
