Orienteering is a sport that you use a map and compass to find your way across unfamiliar terrain. Whether you have been doing it for years or are interested in learning this important skill, join us for a day of orienteering at Shelburne Farms. A clinic will be held for families just learning from 9-10am with all orienteering courses starting at 10am. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Presented in partnership with the Green Mountain Orienteering Club.
Registration is required for the clinic portion of this event. Walk-ins are welcome to run the course.
Shelburne Farms is a nonprofit organization educating for a sustainable future. Our campus is a 1,400-acre working farm, forest, and National Historic Landmark.
