Provides insight into the complexities and dynamics of people at work. The goals of the field of organizational behavior are three-fold: understanding, prediction and management of human behavior in organizations to enhance both work performance and individual satisfaction. Through the use of exercises and hands-on learning, this course explores a variety of topics including learning and behavior, management/individual styles and preferences, competencies of management, communicative effectiveness, power and leadership, motivation, team building, and the analysis of individual behavior and its impact on organizational goals.
Enrollment is limited to the first 24 paid enrollees.
