ORGANIZATION STUDIES NETWORK SEMINAR
TUESDAY 9TH May 2017, 12noon-5pm, Middlesex University
Network Meeting Theme(s): Leadership, Followership and Transformational Change
This OSN meeting is intended to focus on all aspects of Leadership, Followership and Transformational Change. Papers and discussion will explore and challenge current knowledge, understanding and practice within organisations and institutional settings In this time of somewhat radical political change, the potential impact of these issues in relation to ever changing organisational processes and networks is considerable.
We invite you to consider ways of researching and understanding these broad themes, sharing work that uses established, newer and/or transdisciplinary perspectives, for example building on the potential for co-production in leading change.
We hope that this OSN session will provide fruitful conversation to stimulate current and future research.
