Event description
Join 55 Oregon wineries in SF for a grand happening of Oregonian wine, food, and personality.

About this Event

The Oregon Wine Board is hitting the trail with 55 Oregon wineries and our friends at Olympia Provisions, Som Cordials, the Oregon Cheese Guild and more for a grand happening of Oregonian wine, food and personality.

You see, Oregon is a state, and a damn fine one. But Oregonian is a state of mind. You’ve got to experience it to truly get it. Join winemakers and owners representing Oregon’s broad geographic and varietal diversity for an evening evocative of Oregon wine country in San Francisco. We invite you to grab a glass and find your Oregon wine trail.

*Oregon Wine Trail trade events are only open to those working in the wine business.

3 MASTERS, 2 VARIETIES, 1 STATE (12:30 PM-2:00 PM)

You know Oregon Pinot Noir well – you likely have several on your list or shelf – but this March, three Masters invite you to dive deeper.

Oregon’s 19 AVAs are defined by unique soils, shifting climate influences and subtle suggestions of cultural philosophies which all come together to produce distinct wines of place.

Join Evan Goldstein MS as he moderates a panel of Pacific Northwest-based Masters, Bree Stock MW and Chris Tanghe MS for a multi-faceted discussion of Oregon's AVAs. Taste 10+ AVAs through the lens of Pinot noir and explore an emerging Chardonnay movement that has captured the attention of critics around the country. Attend this seminar to gain a stronger understanding of:

  • Pinot Noir and Chardonnay expressions found throughout Oregon, with a focus on the Willamette Valley
  • The diverse geology and climate of Oregon
  • Oregon’s strong selling points in the competitive San Francisco wine market

Space is limited so reserve your spot today.
