Oregon State Fiscal Association holds an Annual Conference each Spring as well as trainings throughout the year which gives our members the opportunity to network, learn new skills, improve themselves professionally, and further their education.

Hey, We Can Do This! Getting it Right on Mental Health - Making your organization stronger and more supportive of mental health

Stress, anxiety, uncertainty and change have indelibly marked our last two years. Unrelenting pandemic pressures caused many of us to grapple with our mental health in entirely new ways, or left us unsure how to support our coworkers, friends and family as they struggle with these difficulties.

The good news is that there are easy, practical things we can all do to support ourselves and others’ mental health. This is important, because when people don’t feel safe talking about mental health, and being real about what they’re experiencing, time and emotional energy that could be spent on great work is lost. In this presentation, attendees will learn more about mental health, about self-care, and about ways they can make a meaningful difference for those around them and themselves.
