The Central Coast GIS Users Group (http://www.orurisa.org/ccgisug) is pleased to invite you to the 2012 Oregon Coastal Web Mapping meeting, taking place on May 16, 2012 in Newport, Oregon. The goals of this meeting are to provide an overview of various web mapping tools and services; how to consume them, how to create them and everything in between. We will meet from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm on Wednesday, May 16th. We have arranged with a local deli to deliver coffee, pastries and lunches; this will be an optional flat charge for lunch and snacks ($13). Please bring cash if you would like to participate in those.

The Central Coast GIS Users Group (CCGISUG) promotes networking between GIS professionals, students, and others on the Central Oregon Coast involved in mapping and geospatial technologies and provides the opportunity for them to exchange ideas and experiences; address common problems and concerns; obtain advice; and participate in training and education. We meet bimonthly on the second Wednesday from 12:15 to 1:45. Membership is free!
