Description

Join us for a dinner at the Orchard to celebrate Summer! We are excited to team up with Brightonwoods Orchard, who have graciously opened their farm for the dinner.

The Red Oak Restaurant's Josh Tyler, has created a 5-course dinner featuring local and seasonal ingredients, including paired ciders and wines. (See FAQs for a description of the menu).

Bill Stone, Owner of Brightonwoods Orchard, will be on hand to show guests around the orchard and answer questions. Co-located at the farm are Glas All Naturals Cheese and AEppelTreow Winery. Gene Glas, owner of Glas All Naturals Cheese and Charles McGonegal, owner of AEppelTreow winery and distillery will be sharing details of their operations as well.

Cocktails begin at 5 with Dinner seating at 6.

Ticket includes dinner and 2 cocktail tickets.

Parking available onsite at the Orchard.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are 100% refundable up to 7 days prior to event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring printed copy of ticket to the event.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Your ticket is transferrable providing the recipient is at least 21 years of age and you have notified us of the change at least 1 day prior to the event.

What are the menu courses?

Alaskan wild caught salmon tartare on crisp wonton chips with pickled asparagus and capers topped with sweet Thai chili sauce

Pinn-Oak ground lamb grilled skewers served with sweet crema, Middlebury Farms beet puree and candied pecans

Seared scallop on polenta cake with peach salsa, Middlebury Farms baby carrots and sweet carrot puree

Wilson Farms roast pork loin with rosemary pearl cous cous, roasted Middlebury Farms baby beets, beet puree topped with beef demi glaze

Creamy Peach tart in toasted almond and gingersnap crust topped with mint and caramel sauce
