The Olentangy Sophomore Class Cabinet is excited to sponsor glow tubing at Snow trails as a replacement for the traditional Homecoming dance
About this Event
- DUE TO LOW TICKET SALES ON 2/2, TICKETS ARE NOW BEING SOLD ONLY FOR MONDAY, 2/1. An email has gone out to all participants who already purchased a ticket on 2/2 offering them the choice to attend on Monday, 2/1 or request a refund.
- You will now see two times listed for 2/1 (6:00 and 6:30) The system wouldn't let me stop allowing ticket sales for one day of a multi-date event so I had to "reschedule" it. Please purchase tickets for the 6pm time slot. The 6:30 time is a placeholder for all previous 2/2 tickets until all participants can be rescheduled or refunded. This is a little confusing I know but all tickets will be honored
- This event is for Orange HS students only. No outside guests will be permitted due to COVID guidelines.
- The cost of this event is $15 for 2.5-3 hours of sledding. Snow Trails typically charges $25 for 2 hours so this is a significant savings.
- Transportation will be provided to and from the event. The busses will each hold only 22 students to ensure social distancing. Students will sign up for the bus that they want to ride using the signup genius link on Schoology so that they can ride with friends. Students will meet at Orange HS at 5:30pm to board the bus. They should be back at school before 10pm following the event.
- Students who choose not to ride the busses will need to fill out the transportation form (located on Schoology) and must be driven by parents/guardians. Students are not permitted to drive themselves.
- You will need to fill out the attached waver form (on Schoology) in order to participate. Minors require a parent signature!
- All students must certify that they are not experiencing COVID symptoms prior to participating
- Masks must be worn and social distancing protocols must be adhered to throughout the event
