We seek to help develop dynamic executive women leaders who are influencing success in thier business and our community. In an effort to expand their positive impact and seeking board positions, we are hosting C-Levels on Tees: Executive & Board Development for C-Level Women to create relationship-building networks that enhance career opportunities. Golf has been widely used for client development and new board member identification in an environment dominated by men. It is time for women to leverage this remarkable opportunity to expand their influence.

Our team, in partnership with Lockton, People Media, and KPMG is hosting four upcoming golf experiences in 2020 with Deb Richard. Deb competed on the LPGA tour for twenty years, which provided her the platform to discover how powerful golf is as a relationship-building tool by golfing with corporate and community leaders in weekly pro-am events. As a non-profit business leader, Deb has learned that behavior, critical thinking, and decision-making skills required to succeed in golf are the same hallmarks of success required in the board room and business. She shares these gifts in an interactive and fun environment.

By creating a positive and relaxed golf learning environment for executive women, authentic networks are built. The parallels between the uncomfortableness of learning golf and rising through the corporate ranks are remarkably similar. By adding golf to the tool box, executive women are able to leverage relationship-building opportunities on the golf course and enhance their career paths, including executive roles in the C Suite and invitations to join board of directors of public companies.

Each event with Deb Richard includes 90 minutes of golf instruction and 90 minutes of executive coaching/networking. The events are scheduled on a Tuesday from 3:00 -6:00 pm at Strawberry Farms Golf Club in Irvine. Below is a list of upcoming events.
