Event description
#OPTPUTSIDE with Trailmothers this year for Opt to Act with 52 Hike Challenge and REI for #OutsideWithPride. Let's Clean up our Community!

About this Event

Join Trailmothers on the quest to clean up our local trails,"Stoney Point, also known as the Stoney Point Outcroppings or Chatsworth Formation, is a Los Angeles City park near the north end of Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, California, part of the city of Los Angeles."

" Shout out to our Sponsors REI and 52 Hike Challenge!"

" Popular spot for rock climbers, but you don't need to have rock climbing experience to get to the top. This park offers huge boulders, mini-caves, and short trails.. great for last minute hikes, which gives an awesome view of the sunset.

This years theme is: "Opt to Act"- #OutsideWithPride Time to give back to our community by cleaning up Stoney Point Park. Trailmothers comes to this spot often to hike, climb and boulder. Its an iconic spot that has been looking like a trash dump for the last several years and it has gotten worse. The graffiti and trash has given this place a bad name. Lets help by restoring it by pr acting the 7 principles of leave no trace and getting rid of the trash. See here for more info: https://lnt.org/why/7-principles/

We will meet at 10am by the Stoney Point Park Sign for introductions and giveaways.
