Optimize Your E-Commerce Email Marketing with Klaviyo
Event Information
About this event
Leverage one of the most low cost, high return marketing channels for your e-commerce business with this introduction to growing customer engagement and sales through Klaviyo’s powerful email marketing tools.
Akemi Hiatt of Hidden Gears will walk you through several common, real-life scenarios for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. We’ll cover how to ingest data from Shopify, tag subscribers with unique attributes, and use that insight to tailor emails for more effective messaging, whether they be highly engaged subscribers, subscribers at risk of churn, or early customers who can become brand advocates and contribute to increased sales. We’ll discuss the difference between Lists and Segments, how to set up dynamic Flows and automated Campaigns, perform A/B testing, and understand how to track results through analytics.
This course presumes a working knowledge of basic email best practices such as managing lists and setting up campaigns, and is geared specifically towards merchants working on Shopify and looking to optimize their Klaviyo performance. If you are working with Klaviyo and are on other e-commerce platforms like BigCommerce or Magento, this course may still apply, but we will be primarily demonstrating use-cases with Shopify data.
Please register by Monday, February 7 at 5pm. After registration closes, we will send a Zoom link to all registered participants. If you face difficulties with registration, please contact Nicole at nicole@htdc.org.
