Event description
In our inaugural Optimal Living Talks series, Dr. Andrew Tatarsky will present on current trends in the field of addictive behaviors.

About this Event

Following an overview of the paradigm shift in our field and a discussion of compassionate pragmatism as a core harm reduction principle, Dr. Tatarsky will provide an introduction to essential elements of integrative harm reduction psychotherapy (IHRP). Discussions will explore how IHRP can be utilized as a framework to set up effective, collaborative, and compassionate helping relationships for the spectrum of risky behaviors.

Dr. Tatarsky will lead the group in the practices of Urge Surfing and Unwrapping the Urge.
