A KM PRN Coffee Chat: “Optimal Health through Your Digestive Tract”, Monday, January 30, 10:30 am-noon, Yoga 4 All, Wales, WI. Families today are constantly on the go and connected 24/7. This may lead to poor hydration, improper eating patterns, stress, lack of exercise, and poor sleep patterns. And kids are just as susceptible to this as adults! Are you or your family members suffering from low energy, gas, bloating, constipation, heartburn, etc.? Your body is talking to you and it needs your help! Learn steps you can take to help you figure out what's going on in there so that your digestive system can function optimally. This month’s facilitator is Janet Golownia. She is a certified yoga therapist and health coach. Her life experience and training make her uniquely qualified to help people unlock their body’s ability to heal. She incorporates yoga therapy and functional nutrition tools to create individualized programs to help men and women lose weight, listen to their bodies and create life changes that stick. When you arrive, please park in the east side of the parking lot (away from the building). Follow the walk way to the front of the building and enter on the ground floor. Please take off your shoes when you enter the yoga studio.
