Opportunities for single-cell DNA analysis in Oncology seminar
Event Information
Description
Cancer is a heterogeneous disease characterized by distinct mutations in the cells. While next-generation sequencing can identify common mutations in a population of cancer cells, the average reads of bulk sequencing can mask the detection of mutation co-ocurrence and rare populations in tumors.
Single-cell DNA analysis technology overcomes these limitations and enables the study of clonal heterogeneity in cancer. Join us for a seminar discussing the oncology applications of Tapestri, a novel microfluidics single-cell DNA analysis platform.
