Event description

Description

The importance of people-to-people diplomacy in building strong bilateral relations cannot be overlooked. Join us for a discussion on the opportunities and challenges in the US-China educational relationship. Student exchanges between the United States and China has remained a strong area of growth in recent years. While the volume of exchanges has continued to increase, little is known about the experiences of these students who were abroad. Our panelists will share some of the challenges and difficulties that Chinese students in the United States and American students in China encounter while abroad and discuss ways for policymakers to better leverage this relationship.
