Operation Helping Hand

Operation Helping Hand Tampa, an all-volunteer 501c3 organization, provides support and assistance to active duty service members and veterans of all conflicts post 9/11/2001 who receive care through the James A Haley Polytrauma Rehabilitation Unit. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting therapeutic rehabilitation programs (music, art, dance, virtual reality, gaming), direct in-patient care and support for patient families. Our goal is that over 96.5% of all contributions go directly to programs, patients and families we support.

Ms. Christy Maldonado will present on the organization's objectives and efforts, along with their accomplishments here in the Tampa Community.

Come network with the greater Tampa area industry and government while learning about how you might be able to help support a Tampa area centric group providing services to our community's active duty and veteran service members. On behalf of your membership and participation in our programs, the SAME Tampa Post will present a $500.00 donation to Operation Helping Hand Tampa as well.
