Join San Francisco Opera Guild as we close the Opera Together season with our condensed adaptation of Puccini's La Bohème. Presented in over 65 Bay Area schools this season with professional Opera Guild Singers in the principal roles and students from each school in supporting and ensemble roles, these special performances will feature stellar performers nominated by their classroom teachers, alongside our very own Opera Scouts, to form a super cast!

We are so excited to bring talented students together from all over the Bay Area along with their families to help celebrate young performers and their commitment to the arts. Tickets are free, but reservations are required as seating is limited. Recommended for ages 5 and up.

Please note: This adaptation is skillfully crafted to focus on the resilience, friendship, and loving support that universally guides us through life's challenges. We hope that students come away with a deeper sense of belonging and understanding that loving is worth it and relationships can light the darkest times. That said, sickness and death do play a part in this story, and while we feel it is gently framed, it is an impactful subject that some may find upsetting.
