Don't run off when you can Sprint
Following the main State of the Map US conference will be two full sprint days. For existing OpenStreetMap developers, this is a great chance to spread the word about your project and get help implementing those features you needed. For developers newer to OSM or just wanting to help, this is a great opportunity involved with the project and make a real difference. All are welcome and invited to attend. We'll be working on a variety of programming and mapping projects, as well as documentation.
If you have a project you'd like to sprint on, add them to the planning wiki (and include what days you'll be sprinting) and add yourself to the lightning talk list to reserve a spot to talk about your project and your goals for the sprint.
Come with your laptop and ready to get down to work with others! Coffee and lunch will be provided both days. We'll get started at 9am and go until around 6pm each day at:
- Day 1, Monday 6/10: The first Sprint Day will be held at The Hub located at 901 Mission Street, Suite 105. We'll be in the "Boardroom" and the "Grove" - just look for signs or ask for the OpenStreetMap folks when you arrive.
- Day 2, Tuesday, 6/11: The second Sprint Day will be held at Noisebridge located at 2169 Mission Street.
We do ask that everyone RSVP so we have an accurate head count for food.
