Eventbrite ONLINE REGISTRATION SALES CLOSED on Friday, November 1 at 3:00pm HKT.  

However YOU CAN STILL PURCHASE REGISTRATION PASSES ONSITE AT THE SUMMIT in Asia WorldExpo.  Credit card payment via MasterCard, Visa or American Express will be acepted.  Onsite registraion prices will remain the same - USD $1,000 for Full Access and USD $300 for General Session.

Onsite Registration hours at Asia World-Expo:    
Monday 4th November: 1:00pm to 7:00pm
Tuesday 5th November: 7:00am to 6:30pm
Wednesday 6th November: 7:00am to 6:30am
Thursday 7th November: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Friday 8th November: 8:30am to 12:00pm

The next OpenStack Summit will be held in Hong Kong, November 5-8, 2013.  For the first time we're offering TWO types of passes - please read carefully before you purchase! Visit for all the details.
The Summit is a four-day conference for OpenStack contributors, enterprise users, service providers, application developers and ecosystem members.  Attendees can expect visionary keynote speakers, 150+ breakout sessions, hands-on workshops, collaborative design sessions and lots of networking over the four days. Keynote sessions will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Design Summit, a special track for active technical contributors to plan the next software release, will span all four days.
Two Tiers of Registration Available for the OpenStack Summit Hong Kong:
1)  General Session & Expo Pass:
  • Days: Access to the Summit Tuesday & Wednesday ONLY
  • Tracks: Access to keynote presentations and the general session room track, running all day Tuesday & Wednesday, covering how to get started with OpenStack, architectural overview, business value and user case studies
  • Translation from English to Mandarin will be offered in the General Session
  • Expo: Access to sponsor expo hall, booths and happy hour
  • Meals: Lunch, snacks, coffee and tea provided Tuesday & Wednesday
2)  Full Access Pass:
  • Days: Access to the Summit ALL four days, Tuesday - Friday
  • Tracks: Access to keynote presentations, the general session room track, and all breakout sessions, including topics like operations, security, strategy, community building, operations, technical deep dives, workshops and the Design Summit working sessions for Active Technical Contributors
  • Expo: Access to sponsor expo hall, booths and happy hour
  • Meals: Lunch, snacks, coffee and tea provided Tuesday - Friday
  • Summit bag and sponsor giveaways
The Summit will take place at Asia World-Expo, a large convention center near the airport with connecting SkyCity Marriott hotel. The Airport Express train stops within Asia World-Expo, making it convenient to access from most parts of the city. 
Travel & Accommodations:
Official hotel room blocks are currently available at three hotels. We also offer a list of recommended budget-friendly hotels. Regardless of where you book, we recommend staying near the train line. Please check the VISA information page and FAQ for more information about your travel plans. We encourage you to book early!
Translation from English to Mandarin will be offered in the General Session.

Active Technical Contributors:
All Active Technical Contributors (ATCs) who contributed to the Grizzly release or Havana release prior to September 6, 2013 will receive a free registration code for a Full Access Pass to the Summit. Please check your inbox before you register. If you would like to be designated as "ATC" on your name badge, please use *the same email address that is tied to your Gerrit ID* when registering for the Summit on EventBrite.
The call for speakers has CLOSED! All proposed speaking sessions will be available for public vote in early August. If your session is selected you will be provided with a free code to register for the Summit.
