OpenNebula Conferences serve as a meeting point of cloud users, developers, administrators, integrators and researchers, featuring talks with experiences and use cases. They also include tutorials, lightning talks, and hacking sessions that provide an opportunity to discuss burning ideas, and meet face to face to discuss development.

What is included in the ticket?
The agenda will include a one-day pre-conference (October 24) with tutorials and hacking session, and a two-day conference (October 25 and 26) with keynotes, regular sessions, lightning talks and open sessions. Ticket includes:
- Attendance at all conference presentations
- Attendance at pre-conference tutorials
- Coffee break during the morning and afternoon breaks
- Lunch on both conference days
- Dinner event on the first conference day
- Tapas dinner on the pre-conference day
- WiFi access

Customer may cancel at any time. If Customer notifies OpenNebula Systems in writing that it will not attend the Conference at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the Conference, OpenNebula Systems will refund to Customer the amount Customer paid for the Conference. If Customer fails to notify OpenNebula Systems that it will not attend the class at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance of the Conference, Customer must still pay for the Conference, and OpenNebula Systems is not required to issue Customer a refund or a credit. Reservations may of course be transferred to another participant at any time.
OpenNebula Systems may reschedule or cancel the date, time and location of the Conference at any time. Should OpenNebula Systems cancel the Conference, unless such cancellation was for circumstances beyond OpenNebula Systems’ control, OpenNebula Systems will refund to Customer any amounts paid. If OpenNebula Systems has to cancel a class for circumstances beyond its control, OpenNebula Systems will issue Customer a credit for the amounts paid by Customer for the Conference that Customer may apply to any other Conference, class or service offered within one year from the date of the cancelled Conferrence. Otherwise, OpenNebula Systems is not liable to Customer for any other costs, expenses or amounts incurred by Customer in relation to the class (for example, any travel expenses or lost business time). In no event will the liability of the organizer exceed the sum paid.
VAT applies both to EU and non-EU customers. In this case the conference is considered under European tax rules to be a service supplied AT the conference venue (i.e. Spain), and therefore attracts VAT at the 21% rate.
Select presentations and events at the conference will be recorded and later made available to other participants and/or 3rd parties. Upon registration, the attendee permits the publication of any recordings made.
